NEW DELHI: Google-owned YouTube will currently let users transfer videos through its recently-launched YouTube Go app. The app is available for transfer from the Google Play Store, but is rolling out to restricted users supported early access programme.
  YouTube Go allows downloading of videos directly to the smartphone's internal memory or the microSD card for offline viewing. While the app works equally to YouTube's primary app, it prompts users to download videos instead of streaming them on-line.
  For now, videos can be downloaded in 2 resolutions - 144p (Basic) and 360p (Standard). Downloading in HD quality isn't accessible however.
